PTSD Veterans Group at Leg Up Farm​

All activities are unmounted and do not require equine experience

During group sessions, participants will work with equine partners to foster an emotional bond, connection, and trust with their horse. Participants will have opportunities to become more in-tune with their emotions and reactions, as well as work to develop confidence, self-esteem, and safe emotional connections.
